
Any student who is currently registered as homeschooled or enrolled in a K-12
school, college, or university, public or private, is eligible to participate
in the HARK Festival. Students can compete for cash prizes in each age group by
submitting projects ranging from essays and photographs to recipes, original
songs and more. Submissions are currently being accepted and may be submitted
now through 5 p.m. CST on Friday, Sept. 27. To read the complete festival rules
